The disturbance of armed terrorist criminal groups that always causes casualties, both civilians and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI)-Indonesian National Police, of course requires facilities to improve the quality of community services in the area of operation. Not only law enforcement approaches, the Nemangkawi operation also carries out soft approach activities through Binmas (community development) Noken across Papua through social services, vaccinations and health services. Head of Public Affairs of Nemangkawi Ops Task Force, Pol. Grand Commissioner Iqbal Alqudussy said the government has attention to areas that are prone to conflict, as the occurrence of terror by armed criminal groups would impact on the health of the community. The Indonesian National Police has sent an ambulance facility to community in Papua as the operational facility for Nemangkawi task force, used specifically to accelerate the handling of victims, especially in the area of operation. Also, the community who need medical treatment, the Indonesian National Police has provided health service. Previously, the Police had also sent a Remote Patrol vehicle in Puncak Regency, Papua which is currently being used as means of transportation for patrols in the Ilaga District, a vehicle that functions to guard the Ilaga area and also the security of personnesl who sometimes get disturbance by the Armed Terrorist Criminal Group in the Puncak Ilaga area. "The ambulance and its facilities will be placed especially in areas that have high threat from armed terrorist criminal groups or in transit zones to accelerate the evacuation of victims," Pol. Grand Commissioner Iqbal Alqudussy concluded It is expected the ambulance can help victims who need emergency assistance. This ambulance contains first aid medical equipment for patients. Hopefully noone will become victims of the terrorist group.
