INP Chief Donates a Limousine Cattle for the Commemoration of Haul Al’Alammah in Martapura

The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo and South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Winarto donates a Limousine Cattle each in the celebration of Haul Al’Allamah of Muhammad Zaini bin Abdul Ghani. The celebration will be held in Martapura Ar Raudhah Sekumpul Mosque on Sunday (1/14/2024). The commemoration of Haul Abah Guru Sekumpul is an important moment in religious calendar for Martapura community. Abah Guru Sekumpul is known as spiritual figure who has significant impact for the local Islamic community, and its Haul commemoration marks as public gathering and religious event for its follower. The INP Chief and South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief offers their respects and support for the religious event and hope that it would go smoothly and joyfully. “Let us together be more open minded towards the difference in religions and knit our unity more strongly,” says Winarto on Thursday. Furthermore, Winarto adds to the people who attend the celebration to maintain public order and security. Moreover, it is hoped that the cattle would eventually bring benefit and blessing for the event that will be attended by thousands of people. It was reported that the Limousine Cattle from General Sigit has a weight of 1.6 tons while those from South Kalimantan Regional Police has a weight of 800 kg. There are also four other cattles from South Kalimantan Regional Police key officials which serves as the symbol of police attention towards religious and humanist value. (ad/ay/pr/nm)
