Inp.polri.go.id - Magelang.  Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo highlighted the importance of strengthening TNI–Polri synergy to support the national vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 while leading the joint graduation ceremony for Indonesian Military (TNI) Academy cadets and Police Academy cadets at the Military Academy in Magelang, Central Java, on Friday (28/11/2025).

“TNI–INP must uphold synergy and solidarity at every stage, enabling us to overcome national challenges and achieve the shared vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said in an official statement, as reported by antaranews.com

Chief Sigit added that both institutions play a critical role in safeguarding and accelerating national development under President Prabowo Subianto’s Astacita agenda. Indonesia is projected to enter its demographic bonus peak between 2030 and 2035, with productive-age citizens dominating the population.

He warned that technological disruption and geopolitical shifts will intensify future security challenges, urging cadets to develop superior competencies. This year, 1,621 cadets completed the integrative basic training program.
