For this achievement, the Operational Director of InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) and Chairman of the 2025 Mandalika MotoGP, Troy Reza Waroka, expressed his highest appreciation to the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police.
Troy emphasized that with the significant increase in spectators, challenges in security and crowd management have also increased drastically. However, the performance of the NTB Regional Police under the leadership of Inspector General Hadi Gunawan, and all ranks were able to successfully overcome the situation.
"We from ITDC, as the organizers, give our deepest appreciation to the NTB Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Hadi Gunawan, and all personnel involved. Our number of spectators this year exceeded 140,000 people, which is much more than the previous year, but the entire series of events ran safely, orderly, and under control," said Troy in his statement, Sunday (10/4/2025).
According to Troy, the success of this security was not only seen from the absence of major incidents, but also from the comfort and proper service provided by police officers to the spectators.
Meanwhile, the NTB Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Hadi Gunawan, stated that the successful security of the 2025 Mandalika MotoGP was the result of careful planning and strong collaboration from all parties, including the full support of the NTB community.
In this security, the main focus was to ensure smooth traffic flow, prevent potential crime, and ensure all facilities were running normally, both within the circuit area and in crowded areas outside the circuit.
