Lotharia Latif, S.H., M.Hum., assisted Kariu residents who took refuge in Aboru Country, Haruku Island District, Central Maluku Regency after the humanitarian conflict The aid was sent by Polairud Directorate of Water and Air Police (Ditpolairud) of Polda Maluku using KP. XVI – 3001 Tg. Alang and KP. XVI – 2003, Sunday (13/3). Director of ditpolairud Polda Maluku, Commissioner Harun Rosyid said that the aid for Kariu residents from the Kadensus 88 Polri and Kapolda Maluku were sent through the Tulehu port. “Deliveries are made from Tulehu Port at 12.00 WIT and arrive in Aboru at 12.45 WIT. The delivery of aid is going safe and well,” explained the Director of Polairud Polda Maluku in Ambon. The humanitarian aid was symbolically handed over by the Head of Densus 88 Maluku, Commissioner Wayan, to the representatives of the Kariu people, the Chairman of the Kariu Congregational Council, Pastor Fany Hukom. The social aid that was sent to Kariu residents in Aboru was 235 mattresses measuring 90cm x 200cm, 300 Two Liter Thermos, and 1 unit of Epson Printer.
