inp.polri.go.id - Maluku Police Chief, Inspector General Drs. H. Lotharia Latif, S.H., M.Hum., led the socialization of the Health Insurance of BPJS to members of the Maluku Regional Police. This socialization was held at the Maluku Regional Police Headquarters Rupatama, Ambon City, Tuesday, (31/5/22).
"Let's praise our God Almighty for His grace we can held this activity," said the Maluku Police Chief.
Inspector General Drs. H. Lotharia Latif, S.H., M.Hum., conveyed that the socialization of Health Insurance of BPJS is very important, and this activity was aimed to make all members of the Indonesian National Police in the Maluku Regional Police understands about this insurance.
“While we are tasked with protecting the public safety, we also have to take care our ownself, the institution, and our family,” said Inspector General Lotharia.
Health care is important because the State provides guarantees to members of the National Police and their families through PT. ASBRI.
"I deliberately invited hte BPJS Maluku Province to socialize their health insurance to us. This is also part of our accountability to ensure that everything has been carried out with applicable regulations so that there are no more personnel who have not been properly socialized," explained the Maluku Police Chief.
The Maluku Regional Police Chief emphasized that health units in all ranks of the Resort Police should be proactive in taking care of Polri personnel and their families.
"We hope that this activity will have a very good impact on all of us and then we can take concrete steps," said the Maluku Police Chief.
The Head of Polices in Maluku are also asked to socialize the BPJS Health Insurance to their personnel. The police chiefs must also coordinate with the Head of the Maluku Regional Police Health Unit regarding BPJS Health Insurance.
BPJS can provide socialization about the benefits and rights of Polri members in participating in BPJS Health Insurance. The Maluku Regional Police Chief asked all members of the National Police to register their children and wives to obtain the right to health services from the state.
