General Election Commissions (KPU) and Gatot Soebroto Central Army Hospital have set the schedule for the registered presidential and vice-presidential candidates medical test. “From the first registered to the last, the time duration has been set by Gatot Soebroto Hospital team,” says KPU Chair Hasyim Asy’ari in Jakarta on Wednesday (10/18/2023). The first registered candidates are scheduled for medical test on Saturday (10/21/2023). “We have coordinated with the Central Army Hospital for the first registered candidate to be checked on Saturday,” says Hasyim. Then, the second registered candidate will be set for medical test on Sunday (10/22/2023). The KPU has issued KPU Regulation (PKPU) Number 19 of 2023 concerning Registration of Presidential and Vice-Presidential Candidates for the 2024 Election. The regulation states the registration of presidential and vice-presidential candidates for the 2024 Presidential Election will be opened on 19-25 October 2023 at the Indonesian KPU Office, Jakarta.
