Hendro Sugiatno symbolically released the assistance of thousands of basic food packages to residents affected by the emergency implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), especially residents of Kotalandar Lampung, (07/16/2021).
The activity of releasing thousands of food packages was carried out in the corridor of the Lampung Regional Police Headquarter, witnessed by the Main Officials of the Lampung Regional Police.
The Lampung Regional Police Chief said that there were several series of vehicles escorted by the Lampung Regional Police Jaya Street Patrol who would carry thousands of food packages, a total of 3,721 food packages which would later be distributed to residents of Bandar Lampung City who were affected by the Imposition of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
“The distribution of thousands of food packages is only the first stage. The next second stage will be distributed, it's time we see the situation, "said the Regional Police Chief.
The distribution of thousands of food packages involved a number of Lampung Regional Police personnel, which consisted of the press from Bhayangkara, the Public Order and Security Trustee (Bhabinkamtibmas) who was involved in Operation Aman Nusa II and personnel from the Bandar Lampung Police, assisted by the City Government of Bandarlampung.
"The Lampung Regional Police hopes that with the help of thousands of basic food packages, they could ease the burden on the people of Bandar Lampung, especially the underprivileged, who have been affected by the implementation of the emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), which has been in effect since July 12," explained the Regional Police Chief.
