inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Head of the MUI Fatwa Division, Asrorun Niam Sholeh, appreciated the government's policy and the handling of the 2025 Eid homecoming and return flow by the police and a number of related elements.

The success in managing this year’s traffic flow enables the public to travel safely to their hometown, to meet with the families.

“In general, I appreciate the handling of homecoming and return traffic flow of this year which makes many people able to meet and gather with their families. We have seen that there are many rest areas and public concentrated locations provided to ease the traffic situation,” says Niam on Wednesday (4/9/2025).

Niam says that the government policies on holiday and flexible work arrangement also helps contribute to the smooth traffic flow. Other supporting factors are public awareness who are patient on the road and comply with the traffic regulations.

“On the other hand, there are many good things that need to be continued, such as public and public organization contribution, and also corporations who provide mass transportation for free homecoming programs,”  says Niam.
