Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian Foreign Ministry ensures no Indonesian were harmed in the incident of Japan Airlines flight, where two planes crashed into each other in Haneda Airport, Japan, on last Tuesday (1/2/2024).
“All passengers are safe and there are no Indonesians,” says the spokesperson of Indonesian Foreign Ministry Muhammad Iqbal on Wednesday (1/3/2024).
The spokesperson explains that currently the situation at the Haneda Airport has returned to normal.
Previously the airplane of Japan Airlines reportedly crashed into a Coast Guard airplane causing explosions on the two airplanes.
Around 379 passengers and crew were successfully evacuated safely. Unfortunately, five of the six Coast Guard airplane crew lost their lives.
Currently Japan aviation safety authority is working diligently to uncover the truth behind the incident. Japan will invite France and England to investigate the incident.
