inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Metro Jaya Regional Police deploys hundreds of personnel to secure the Regional Head Election process in Jakarta. The security operation was carried out to maintain public safety and order during the election campaign period.

Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations Division, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam says that the security in Central Jakarta is overseen by 144 police personnel and 34 personnel in West Jakarta.

“We from Metro Jaya Regional Police will continue to oversee and secure the election process through preemptive and preventive measures while also upholding the law if necessary,” says Ade in his official statement on Tuesday (10/22/2024).

He invites the public to also join in maintaining safety and order as the smooth election in Jakarta is the responsibility of all.

“We truly hoped for support from the community in maintaining security and order. This is our joint responsibility in ensuring that the election process in Jakarta can go smoothly and successfully,” explains Ade.
