The Operational Team of the Directorate of Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) of the West Papua Police (Polda Pabar) managed to confiscate 2,700 cartons of liquor with various types. Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda Pabar, Commissioner Adam Erwindi, S.I.K., M.H., explained that his party suspected that the alcohol was supplied by a person with the initials AT about two weeks ago. AT is an employee of PT. M in Manokwari City, West Papua. "Now the legal process is being followed up by the investigators of Ditresnarkoba Polda Pabar," explained Kabid Humas Polda Pabar, Tuesday (23/3/22). Furthermore, Commissioner Adam Erwindi, S.I.K., M.H., adds that Polda Pabar will follow up on the results of the alcohol raid, which is still under investigation. When the investigation file is complete, the suspects will then be transferred to the court. Previously, The Operational Team of Ditresnarkoba Polda Pabar, conducted raids on March 9 and 10 last week. This raid refers to Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2006 concerning the Prohibition of Importing, Storing, Circulating and Selling and Producing Alcoholic Beverages.
