inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police has scheduled an examination of comedian Pandji Pragiwaksono for Friday (1/6/2026). This examination relates to a police report regarding his stand-up comedy performance, "Mens Rea".

“Yes, [he has been summoned]. The invitation for clarification is for Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.,”said the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Senior Superintendent Budi Hermanto, when confirmed on Tuesday (2/3/2026).

The police party stated that they have received more than one report regarding alleged incitement by Pandji Pragiwaksono through his stand-up show, "Mens Rea." However, all of these reports are still under investigation.

“We are still looking into it. Of the six reports, there are different witnesses in each report," said Budi on Wednesday (1/28/2026).

Budi explained that no questioning of comedian Pandji has been scheduled yet. The investigative team will continue to question the reporter and several experts to further investigate the alleged crimes stemming from the report. Experts ranging from linguists to IT experts will be questioned.
