Inp.polri.go.id – Riau Island. The Riau Island Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Yan Fitri Halimansyah led the inauguration of the Assessment Center Building of Catur Prasetya. On that occasion, he conveys his appreciation and gratitude for the building inauguration. The momentum, says the police chief, is in line with goals of Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo in realizing Polisi Presisi. The building would serve as the institution initiative in managing the system to ensure their members would play pivotal role on their own career. “Furthermore, the recruitment and education has been the core basis to ensure that INP has quality personnel in carrying out their duties. And on that case, the Assessment Center would be vital for their career and capabilities development. We also hope that the new building would not only serve as police personnel capability development, but also the growth center for assessor in carrying out their duties,” says Yan in his written statement on Wednesday (12/27/2023). Yan explains that the renovation of the building would hopefully contribute significantly in driving the professionalism, competence, and INP personnel quality. “This building will not only used for police personnel development, but hopefully could also strengthen the cooperation with other regional institutions in realizing joint interest of improving public service,” conclude the police chief.
