South Sumatra Police Gave 500 Food Supplies to Fishermen

inp.polri.go.id – The Water and Air Police Directorate of the South Sumatra Police showed the Police's concern for the community by providing 500 food packages to fishermen, Thursday (8/9/2022). The distribution was directly led by the Director of the Water and Air Police Directorate, Commissioner Andreas Kusmaedi and was held around the coast of the Musi River, precisely in the waters of Muara Kumbang, Banyuasin Regency. He said this activity was in accordance with the instructions from the South Sumatra Police Chief to all levels of work units South Sumatra to help the community who felt the impact of increase in fuel prices. "This is part of the Police's concern for the community who felt the impact of the increase in fuel prices. Hopefully this can ease the burden on the community, especially the fishermen," he said. The distribution of the aids was held simultaneously in South Sumatra by the ranks of South Sumatra Police and expected to be able to give a positive impact to the community. "This activity will be carried out continuously, not just today," he concluded. The distribution went smoothly and orderly, filled with warm atmosphere.
