Netizens criticized Brigadier General Andi for wearing luxury items, from top to bottom when he was giving press statements. Currently what Police wears has been the spotlight in the mass media and social media. As the officials who was funded by the state, what they wear sometimes is not correspond with what they got from their salaries. Of course, this criticism becomes a very valuable input for the Police, especially since there are already rules of the game within the Police that prohibit them from living a luxurious lifestyle in their daily lives. Communications expert, Rahmat Edi Irawan, sees the need for anyone who serves as a spokesman for the National Police to no longer show their wealth or expensive assets. "If necessary, everyone who speaks on behalf of the Polri institution should just wear their full Polri uniform. It is more official and does not cause a shift of focus on what is conveyed," he concluded.
