The Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the Cilegon Police, AKP Shilton, confirmed that his party had received a report from the public and arrested one perpetrator suspected of selling or distributing the drug. "It is true that officers and residents of the Cinangka sub-district have arrested IN, suspected of selling or circulating tramadol and heximer drugs," explained the Head of the Cilegon Police Narcotics Investigation Unit. The Head of the Narcotics Investigation Unit of the Cilegon Police explained that the chronology of the arrests took place at a cigarette shop in Kosambil II Village, Karang Suraga Village, Cinangka District, Serang Regency, and three men were arrested by the local community, consist of IN as the perpetrator and two witnesses, AI (19) and FN (20) which was then taken to the Cinangka Police. From the results of the examination, the investigators have determined IN (24) as a suspect for selling or distributing tramadol and heximer types of drugs. The police also secure the evidence from IN. "We have seized evidence in the form of 46 packages of yellow pills, suspected to be Hexymer. Each package contained eight pills, thusm making the total of the pills are 368 pills. We also secured nine plates of suspected tramadol containing ten pills per plate, and the money from the drug sale, which is Rp2,026,000. We also confiscated two handphones from the suspect,” the Head Cilegon Police Narcotics Investigation Unit told the reporters. As a result of his actions, the perpetrator IN (24) will be charged with Article 196 in conjunction with Article 98 paragraphs 2 and 3 and or Article 197 in conjunction with Article 106 paragraph 1 of Law Number 36 Year 2009 concerning health with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years and a maximum fine of Rp500,000,000.00.
