inp.polri.go.id - In order to maintain food security and balance the industry and agriculture sector, the Subang Police collaborated with the Subang Regency Government to hold exhibition of culture and MSMEs which were opened and inaugurated directly by the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil Friday (16/9/22). During the exhibition, Ridwan Kamil explained that until now Subang is still the third largest rice producer in West Java and continue to ensure food security in Subang is still met. "The exhibition is held in Sidajaya Village, Cipunagara District because according to Bhayangkara Security Unit, it is hoped that Sidajaya Village will become an advanced village in its MSME sector." explained the Governor of West Java. West Java Police Chief Inspector General Suntana, who also attended the exhibition, appealed to the community to always take part in maintaining food security in Subang. "We hope that young people from Sidajaya Village can work on village agricultural products. It also helps them to easily get a job and can further develop the MSMEs from their own village,” he hoped. The Governor of West Java also expressed his gratitude to the Police Institution, Inspector General Suntana and AKBP Sumarni who developed the MSMEs and Agro Products in Subang Regency. "I received a direction from the President to anticipate the Food Crisis, thus we must develop the potential of villages throughout West Java with support from the Regional Government, Police and the army. Therefore, I am here with the Head of the West Java Police, the Regent of Subang, and the entire Regional Leadership Coordination Forum to support it, and hopefully our good economy can be well maintained," explained the Governor of West Java. The Governor of West Java also hopes that Subang will be more advanced and can balance the industrial and agriculture sector, between the tradition and modernization.
