The appeal hearing for the ethics violation of Brigadier J's murder by FS is scheduled to be held next week. The National Police themselves have prepared a team of appellate judges, who will led by three-star generals of the Police. Although the judge's decision cannot be interfered with, the community does hope that PDTH will still be applied to FS during the appeal hearing later. Considering what most people demands from this case, chaos might erupt if FS is declared not to have committed an ethical violation by the judges, and can return to his duty in the Police. Communications expert Rahmat Edi Irawan believes that the police understand how the community feels. "Nevertheless, he asked the public not to dictate the Police. He is sure that the Police have their own way to solve the problem of ethical violations committed by their own members," explained Rahmat Edi Irawan.
