Sukoharjo Police Chief, AKBP Wahyu Nugroho Setyawan said that the nameplate was taken down after the police visited the office and held an audience with the management. "We then met with the management, then the management voluntarily took down the banners or nameplates in this area," Sukoharjo Police Chief told reporters. The sign reads “Khilafatul Muslimin Kemasulan Polokarto” and located at Gondang RT 01/RW12, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. Then there was also a banner that read Khilafatul Muslimin Kemas'ulan Polokarto Ngaturaken Sugeng Rawuh Kholifah & Amir Daulah Jawa. Silahtutahim Tahunan ing Wilayah Jawa Tengah. The Sukoharjo Police Chief explained that the police visited the Khilafatul office to clarify the activities carried out by the mass organization in its area. According to him, Khilafatul Muslimin is suspected of carrying out activities that can endanger the Pancasila ideology. So they went to the office to clarify it. The activity, he said, was carried out because there was unrest and resistance from the community regarding religious activities in Sukoharjo Regency. "The community has expressed their objections and rejections. In fact, they will help us if the Khilafatul Muslimin still continues to carry out their activities," explained Sukoharjo Police Chief.
