inp.polri.go.id - The police have arrested the truck driver who caused an accident on Sultan Agung Street, Bekasi City that caused 10 people died as a result of the accident. The police immediately conducted a urine test on the driver. "We have secured the driver and have had a urine test as well. The result is negative, maybe it was a human error or maybe the brakes failed," explained the the Law Enforcement Director of National Police Traffic Corps, Brigadier General Aan Suhanan, Wednesday (31/8/22). According to him, until now the police have not examined the driver due to the condition of the driver. “We haven’t examined the driver because the person is still shocked with what had happened. We will provide further information as soon as possible,” he explained. Previously, it was reported that 10 people, most of them were kids, died because of the accident. The victims have been evacuated to Ananda Hospital, Bekasi.
