inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Trade Ministry assures second brand and premium cooking oil abundant stock, so does the availability of bulk cooking oil for industrial needs.

“We have abundant stock for the second brand, premium and bulk cooking oil,” says Director of Basic Necessities and Important Goods at the Ministry of Trade, Bambang Wisnubroto on Sunday (9/29/2024).

In a voice recording, he says that the guarantee came after his party communicated with cooking oil industrial actors. However, he admits that bulk cooking oil stock in the market are decreasing.

According to him, people can buy cooking oil at much cheaper price with MinyaKita sold at IDR 15,700 per liter.

Previously it was reported that the decline in MinyaKita stock was because of new policythat did not regulate the price of the commodity anymore. Moreover, the Trade Ministry also hopes that this policy will make people shift from buying bulk cooking oil to MinyaKita.
