Inp.polri.go.id - Badung. The Denpasar Immigration Office has deported a Ugandan citizen on Thursday (10/10/2024)  for operating an online prostitution business in Badung, Bali.

The Ugandan citizen, identified as LN was detained at Rudenim since 11 September 2024 before her deportation via I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport.

According to Gede Dudy Duwita, the Head of the Denpasar Immigration Detention House, she was caught offering her services on an adult website, charging up to USD 650 (Rp 10 million) for three hours.

She had previously engaged in similar activities in Nepal, as reported by antaranews.com.

The Immigration Office has also proposed adding L.N. to the blacklist, preventing her reentry into Indonesia.

From January to September 2024, Bali's Immigration Office deported 412 foreigners, marking a significant increase from the 335 deportations in 2023.
