Director of Traffic Security of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Djoni Widodo explained traffic engineering during the "Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup" (IATC) and "World Superbike" (WSBK) motorcycle racing events at the Mandalika International Street Circuit, Central Lombok Regency.

"There are two entrances to the Mandalika area," said Police Grand Commissioner Djoni Widodo in Mataram, Friday (12/11/21).

The Director of Traffic Security of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police explained that the two entrances to the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which is the location for the IATC and WSBK performances, are on the east and west routes.

"The East route is through the Lombok International Airport-Mandalika Bypass. The West route is through the Surfing Mong roundabout," explained the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Intermediate Officer.

Police Grand Commissioner Djoni Widodo said that spectators who drive privately or use transportation buses from five entrances to Lombok would be directed to the parking area through the two gates.

"Those who come from the Lombok International Airport-Mandalika Bypass, the final route is in the East parking area. However, for vehicles entering the Surfing Mong roundabout, the parking is in the West area," concluded the Director of Traffic Security of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police.
