2024 Patuh Jaya Operation Officially Over, Metro Jaya Regional Police Reveals Data

inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Metro Jaya Regional Police reveals the result of 2024 Patuh Jaya Operation against four-wheeled vehicles. The operation ended on July 28th, 2024.

The PR Chief of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam explains that there is an increase of 239% compared to the 2023 Patuh Jaya Operation. He details that during the 2023 Patuh Jaya Operation, there were only 6971 violations recorded.

“While in the 2024 Patuh Jaya Operation, we have recorded 23,636 violations,” said Ade Ary on Monday (6/29/2024).

According to Ade Ary, most recorded violations are those who did not use the seat belt with a total case of 22,637. Then, the second most recorded violation in the 2024 Patuh Jaya Operation are those who used their phones while driving with a total case of 517.

"Violating road markings 398 cases, using unauthorized rotator or strobe 74 cases, using a fake registration number nine cases, and overloading one case," continued Ade Ary.
