The Vice Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, has asked Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) to terminate their partnerships with partners who raise prices or mark up raw materials for the Free Nutritional Meal (MBG) program for personal gain.

Nanik made this announcement in response to numerous reports from SPPGs about partners frequently marking up raw materials for MBG kitchens. She reminded all SPPG officers to never compromise with partners who engage in unfair practices that could taint the MBG program.

"Remember! Heads of SPPGs, financial supervisors, and nutrition supervisors must never give in to the demands of, let alone collaborate with, SPPG partners who mark up the prices of raw materials for the MBG program, especially those with poor quality ingredients," Nanik emphasized on Thursday (February 26, 2026).

She has also received numerous reports from SPPG heads about partners who mark up prices above the Total Retail Price (HET) and force them to accept poor-quality raw materials.

Nanik emphasized that if the Financial Supervisory Agency (BPK) finds food markups at prices above the Highest Retail Price (HET) in the SPPG's financial reports, the SPPG head will be held responsible.

"Partners can relax, but you (the SPPG head) will be the one to face the law," she warned.

Nanik also threatened unscrupulous partners who marked up food prices above the HET and forced SPPG heads to accept raw food materials from their designated suppliers, especially those of poor quality.
