Inp.polri.go.id - Palembang. Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police, Inspector General Eko Indra Heri hopes Mosque administrator can be front and end line to remind people to implement health protocols in Mosque.

This is because the spread of Covid-19 keeps going on, so health protocols have to be applied all the time at all places.

"One day before Eid al Adha we have gathered all Mosque administrators. It is expected they could support us as the front line during praying time. At least to remind about health protocols," Chie of South Sumatera Regional Police said, Wednesday (07/21/21).

Not only that, the Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police has also sent letters to all institutions to strengthen internal monitoring at all lines in implementing health protocols.

Including steps that have been undertaken by the Health Agency of South Sumatera by advising the company to provide its self-isolation places for their employees and community living near their area.

"The self-isolation is minimal to provide help for community living near their area if they are infected by covid, whether the symptoms is mild or without symptoms," Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police said.

In South Sumatera, PPKM (Community Activity Restriction) Level 3 is implemented in Palembang City and Lubuk Linggau until July 25, 2021.
