One of them is the Bango Snack Festival and Food Truck Goes to Mandalika 2022 which are held at Kuta Mandalika Beach to showcase the cuisine of Indonesia to the MotoGP audience. Reported by kompas.com, Saturday (19)3/2022), the festival, which serves as the side event for the 2022 Mandalika MotoGP, was participated by several culinary MSMEs from Lombok and other regions throughout Indonesia. According to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno, the 10 food in Food Truck Goes to Mandalika 2022 is a breakthrough for culinary actors in marketing and promoting their food to the wider people. "This food truck is a breakthrough, because we have been given input that the sharper increase in tourist visits, the more necessity we have to do in increasing the food and beverage services," said Sandiaga, quoted from Kompas. Furthermore, Sandiaga assessed that this event was able to rejuvenate the local economy. Not only being one of the backbones of Indonesia's creative economy, but this activity also aims to promote the authentic culinary wealth of the archipelago.
