inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid stated that the Free School Health Check (CKG) program targets 53 million students nationwide.
"With this progress we can reach 53 million students from Sabang to Merauke," said the Minister of Communication and Digital, Monday (8/4/2025). She continued that overall, the CKG program has reached 16 million beneficiaries.
To support the success of this program, initiated by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, her ministry will accommodate all communication service infrastructure, such as accelerating connections for uploading CKG implementation data.
"Because when this program is implemented on a large scale, the data will be incredibly large, and it is also crucial to have a well-established and well-connected data collection system," she said.
The Minister of Communication and Digital Technology explained that the first phase of the School Health Checkup (CKG) program was launched as a step in the government's commitment to providing healthcare services to all Indonesians, towards national independence and creating a Golden Generation by 2045.
"We are also very pleased to be able to see this firsthand. Some of the examinations, such as the eye exams, are also very beneficial for us as they provide valuable input for health," explained the Minister.
