Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Foreign ministers from Indonesia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt have endorsed U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s initiative to end the war in Gaza.
The joint statement was released Tuesday (30/9/2025) by the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to antaranews.com.
“We believe in President Trump’s ability to find a path toward peace,” the ministers said, stressing the importance of partnership with the United States to secure regional stability.
The ministers welcomed President Trump’s proposal to halt hostilities, rebuild Gaza, prevent the displacement of Palestinians, and advance a comprehensive peace while rejecting the annexation of the West Bank. They raised their commitment to work constructively with Washington and other parties to finalize and implement an agreement aimed at ensuring peace, security, and stability.
The joint declaration reiterated support for unlimited humanitarian access, hostage release, Israeli troop withdrawal, reconstruction of Gaza, and a fair two-state solution that guarantees the integration of Gaza and the West Bank into a Palestinian state under international law.
