Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas confirmed on Wednesday (30/7/2025) that the extradition process for Adrian Asharyanto Gunadi, the former CEO of fintech firm PT Investree Radika Jaya, is underway and currently in the document finalization stage.
“We received the official extradition request from the Indonesian National Police on 21 February 2025, based on a report by the OJK. The request seeks Adrian’s return from Qatar to face charges related to illegal public fund collection without a license from Bank Indonesia or relevant authorities,” he said, referring to the Financial Services Authority.
Following document review, Indonesia submitted the formal request to Qatar’s Attorney General on 28 May 2025. The request has been acknowledged by Indonesia’s Embassy in Doha. The documents are now being translated into Arabic for official submission, according to antaranews.com.
The OJK had previously named Adrian as a suspect and placed him on the most-wanted list. The Investree case also includes liquidation measures under regulatory supervision.
