inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo emphasized the importance of the Manpower Desk to maintain Indonesia's investment climate. The Manpower Desk was established to address a number of industrial issues.

"I urge the Manpower Desk and all regional officials to maintain the investment climate, oversee investment coming into Indonesia, so that new industries and new investments can emerge," said INP Chief at Bhayangkara Field, South Jakarta, Tuesday (7/29/2025).

According to General Sigit, the emergence of new industries and investments will create more jobs, especially considering the important role of workers in Indonesia's investment climate.

"And I certainly entrust existing companies to make these workers into company assets, into part of the company family," said INP Chief.

He also stated that by treating workers as assets and family, productivity will be maximized. This will not only reach the national level but also reach a global scale.

General Sigit also expressed his gratitude to the leaders of PT Tang Shu Hung, PT Indonesia Dream Sports, PT Long Rich, and PT Gold Emperor, as well as the Indonesian Labor Union (KSPSI) for providing new hope for the workers. He added that not only those affected by layoffs are getting their jobs back, but also the new generation is getting the same opportunities.

General Sigit further advised the workers to continue to fuel their enthusiasm and remain productive. He also expressed his hope that the new generation of workers would continue to contribute to maintaining the country's economic growth.
