Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesia’s national crude oil production in June 2025 reached 608,100 barrels per day (BPD), surpassing the State Budget (APBN) target of 605,000 BPD, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia announced on Monday (11/8/2025).
“For 2025, the APBN target can be met. This is the first time since 2008,” he said during the ministry’s mid-year performance press conference, as reported by antaranews.com.
The June output achieved 100.5% of the target, while the January–June 2025 average reached 602,400 BPD, or 99.5% of the target. Natural gas production in June hit 1.146 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD), or 114% of target, with a six-month average of 1.199 million BOEPD (119% of target).
Combined oil and gas output for the first half of 2025 averaged 1.754 million BOEPD, exceeding the APBN target of 1.610 million BOEPD by 111.9%.
