Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police deployed 7,783 personnel to secure the verdict of the 2024 presidential election dispute, including protests around the Constitutional Court building on  Monday (22/4/2024).

The Metro Jaya Police Head of Public Relations Senior SuperintendentAde Ary Syam Indradi explained that traffic arrangements will be adjusted based on conditions, with the police ready to redirect traffic if necessary. 

Jakartans are advised to use alternative routes due to planned activities in front of the court building. 

Chief Ade Protesters urged  protesters to respect others' rights and obey laws governing public expression while security personnel were urged to remain persuasive and prioritize negotiation.
