Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Head of the Legal and Administrative Bureau and Spokesperson for the Constitutional Court (MK), Fajar Laksono, clarified reports about former Chief Justice Anwar Usman still utilizing facilities intended for the current Chief Justice, Suhartoyo.

He confirmed Anwar's use of some facilities meant for the Chief Justice, except for the official residence, which he assured is no longer in use.

Fajar explained that the issue of facility management would be addressed after the Electoral Dispute Settlement (PHPU) cases completed

He emphasized that the matter is technical and does not disrupt operations, focusing on PHPU resolution.

Concerns arose when it was found that Anwar, despite being dismissed of his duties as an MK Chairman, continued using facilities. This led to calls for the independence of the eight justices handling the PHPU case.
