inp.polri.go.id -  The East Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda Kaltim) are ready to oversee the construction development of the new National Capital City, Nusantara. This was done to smoothen the development of the Nusantara city, which is planned to begin in August 2022. "Regarding our readiness, Polda Kaltim have held the Mahakam Nusantara Ops since last January which has the task of controlling, supervising, and guarding all parties who works in constructing the new National Capital City," explained the East Kalimantan Police Chief (Kapolda Kaltim), Inspector General Imam Sugianto, Monday (11/07/22). Polda Kaltim are ready to participate in providing full support and keeping the situation conducive. Polda Kaltim will provide escorts for all logistics that will be used in constructing new National Capital City. Inspector General Imam Sugianto asked and appealed to all members of Polda Kaltim to upgrade themselves, so that they be worthy enough in becoming the guardians of the National Capital City. "Especially for the youth of East Kalimantan to fully support the development of the new National Capital City and prove that the youth of East Kalimantan are not part of challanges to the development progress, and let's prove that we can oversee the progress of this new capital city," concluded the Akabri graduate in 1990.
