Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs questioned executives from Meta and Google this week regarding alleged non-compliance with Government Regulation No. 17/2025 on Child Protection in Electronic Systems, better known domestically as PP Tunas.
"Meta and Google have fulfilled our second summons to address their failure to implement mandatory access restrictions for minors as required by the high-risk platform classification," said Alexander Sabar, Director General of Digital Space Supervision, on Tuesday (7/4/2026), as cited by antaranews.com.
During the sessions, which lasted up to nine hours, officials presented 29 queries focusing on Article 30 of the regulation's implementing rules.
