inp.polri.go.id - Polda Metro Jaya raided and arrested 78 people involved in online gambling in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area, North Jakarta. The raids were carried out on orders from the National Police Chief, General Sigit Prabowo to eradicate online gambling. Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner Endra Zulpan, said the raids were carried out as part of the commitment of the Jakarta Police Chief after receiving orders from the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. "In our efforrt to follow up the order of the National Police Chief in eradicating online gambling in Jakarta, we have taken steps such as raiding the PIK and arresting 78 people," explained the Intermediate Officer of the Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday (23/08/222). Police Commissioner, Endra Zulpan, explained that of the 78 people who had been arrested in the online gambling raids, there were some who had been named suspects. "Among them, some have been named as suspects. We will announce them in a release in the near future," explained the Akabri graduate in 1995. Police Commissioner, Endra Zulpan said that until now the team continues to work to optimize orders from the National Police Chief to eradicate online gambling in the community.
