Metro Jaya Police Still Studied the Arrangement of Office Hours

inp.polri.go.id -  The Directorate of Traffic of Metro Jaya Police said that his party and all related stakeholders are still reviewing the arrangement of office hours, in order to overcome traffic congestion in Jakarta. "It has been discussed and it is still very much ongoing because it still needs a further review and all elements of the community needs to jointly solve solve this problem together," explained the Director of Metro Jaya Traffic Unit, Commissioner Latif Usman, Sunday (19/9/22). According to the Commissioner Latif Usman, the arrangement of office hours must be discussed with stakeholders in order to provide the best solution for all parties. "This is an effort that may be being discussed by other stakeholders," explained Dirlantas. Separately, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria explained that the legal basis for working hours for office employees in Jakarta as proposed by the Traffic Directorate of Metro Jaya Police should be discussed with the central government. According to the Deputy Governor, the proposal to regulate office hours as a step to solve the congestion problem in Jakarta cannot be decided unilaterally and must go through a wider stage. "Because offices in Jakarta are not only private and regional level, but also at the central government level," he explained.
