From the investigation result, the vaccine dose should have been used for inmates in Tanjung Gusta Prison. However, a doctor at the prison inial Dr IW, who had been declared as the suspect, sold it to the public. "In the case of buying and selling vaccines, North Sumatera Regional Police have decided four suspects involving a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of North Sumatera Health Agency and Tanjung Gusta detention centre," Head of Public Affairs of North Sumatera Regional Police explained.
