Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Three employees of PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) who were allegedly sexually harassed by two supervisors since May 2025 plan to file a police report, after the company’s internal handling failed to deliver justice.
“After today’s discussion, we agreed that the sexual harassment case involving our three members must be reported to law enforcement,” said Indra Kurniawan, the Head of the Workers’ Union (PUK SPDT FSPMI) at Transjakarta, on Wednesday (12/11/2025), as cited by antaranews.com.
The decision followed months of frustration over the company’s response, which only issued second warning letters (SP-2) to the alleged perpetrators while allowing them to continue working. Workers staged a protest outside Transjakarta’s East Jakarta office demanding accountability.
Indra said the union initially trusted the company to resolve the matter internally, but after six months with no firm action, the victims decided to seek justice through legal channels. Police have agreed to facilitate the official report.
