inp.polri.go.id - Kupang. The NTT Regional Police through the Mauponggo Sector Police together with related agencies delivers clean water for the people of Mauponggo District who were affected by the flood disaster.

Nagekeo Sub-regional Police Chief Superintendent Rachmat Muchamad Salihi, through the Mauponggo Sector Police Chief said that this distribution shows police attention and concern, together with related agencies, in helping the disaster-affected community.

"We ensure that the distribution of clean water really reaches the people who need it," he said.

The affected flood victims welcome and appreciate the assistance and attention from the authority as the water distribution took place smoothly, safely, and conducively.

"We are here to provide the best service for the people who are experiencing difficulties due to the disaster. Hopefully with this assistance, the people's need for drinking water can be met," explained the Mauponggo Sector Police Chief, Monday (9/15/2025).

This social action was carried out in coordination with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Social Service to ensure that people’s needs for clean water can be met quickly.
