inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Directorate of Certain Criminal Investigation of the Indonesian National Police (INP) conducted a search related to violations involving the export of fatty matter commodities involving PT Mitra Mentari Sentosa (MMS).

The search resulted in the confiscation of documents and the inspection of dozens of containers at Tanjung Priok Port, North Jakarta.

The inspection took place at the Tanjung Priok Port's NPCT 1 Terminal, Jalan Terminal Kalibaru Raya, Lot B No. 1, Kalibaru, Cilincing, North Jakarta.

Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Certain Criminal Investigation Directorate of INP, Senior Superintendent Setyo K. Heriyatno, stated that coordination with relevant agencies was carried out to ensure the conformity of export documents with the goods to be or already shipped abroad.

During this activity, investigators also coordinated with Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise and Tangerang Customs and Excise to obtain data needed for the investigation.

"Investigators coordinated with Customs and Excise to obtain data needed for the investigation and to inspect containers related to the case being handled," explained Setyo on Friday (6/26/2026).

According to him, in addition to examining documents, investigators also inspected 87 containers belonging to PT Mitra Mentari Sentosa located at Tanjung Priok Port's NPCT 1 Terminal.

The inspection was conducted to match the export data held by investigators with customs documents and the condition of the goods in the field.

According to Setyo, this step is part of the effort to prove the alleged violations in export activities, which are currently being investigated by investigators.

During this operation, investigators also secured several documents suspected of being related to the company's export activities.

"Physical inspections of the containers were conducted to ensure the conformity between the export documents and the goods under investigation," he said.
He emphasized that the police is continuing its investigation and has not ruled out the possibility of further investigation into other parties suspected of involvement.

Investigators are currently reviewing all documents, customs data, and container inspection results to fully uncover the alleged export violations.
