The victim, accompanied by his legal counsel, filed a report with the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police. The report is registered under number LP/B/863/II/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated February 2, 2026.

"Yes, the report has been received," explained the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Senior Superintendent Budi Hermanto, in a statement on Tuesday (2/24/2026).

He explained that the report relates to an alleged criminal act of disturbing the neighborhood's peace due to the padel court construction in Kebayoran Lama. The report alleges violation of Article 265 of the Criminal Code.

"The case has been handed over to the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police for further processing," he explained.
