inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Criminal Investigation Unit of the Indonesian National Police (INP) has stopped the investigation on alleged land embezzlement case previously reported by Brata Ruswanda's heirs.
"On January 21, 2025, an open case conference was held at the Criminal Investigation Unit with the result that the investigation is to be stopped. On February 24, 2025, we officially received the investigation termination order," explained the Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Brigadier General Djuhandani in his official statement on Thursday (2/27/2025).
Djuhandani said that the recommendation to terminate the case was based on an open case conference at the Wasidik Bureau. The case conference was also attended by the reporter and the reported party.
He added that investigators had returned evidence in the form of certificate documents as well as the submission of SP3 notifications to the attorney and the victim on Wednesday (2/26/2025).
"The documents submitted as evidence in the case of document forgery, and/or entering the yard without permission have been returned to the reporter's attorney on behalf of Poltak Silitonga," he explained.
