inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice Chairman of Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) Ahmad Sahroni urged the Directorate of Cyber Crime of the Indonesian National Police (INP) and the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) to arrest the parties behind the Facebook social media group containing incestuous content.
"This is very disgusting. I urge the police and Komdigi to investigate and take action against everyone inside the group," said Sahroni in his statement in Jakarta, quoted by Antaranews, Friday (5/16/2025).
Sahroni said that the group containing twisted content has the potential of committing sexual abuse, so that law enforcement officers must act immediately.
"If we don't stop it and wait until their fantasy comes to a reality, there will be many victims of their sexual violence and abuse. So they must be sought out, and psychologically guided, and we stop them before it happens," urged Sahroni.
Furthermore, Sahroni also asked that the perpetrators of incest not be given space on social media, or in everyday life.
"Never give them space to show their existence. Close all gaps for their interactions on social media. With the recent increase in cases of sexual violence, I believe it is time for us to take more aggressive preventive measures," he said.
It is known that Indonesian netizens were shocked by a Facebook group called 'Fantasi Sedarah' containing thousands of members. The group has drawn criticism from social media users.
The Facebook group was criticized because many people shared their twisted sexual fantasy with their own families.
