North Jakarta Sub-regional Metro Police Chief, Senior Superintendent Gidion Arif Setyawan invites parents to build a strong relationship and communication with their children in effort to prevent bullying. "There are many bullying cases that have gone viral. This requires attention, particularly for the parents to build and maintain strong relationship with their children," said Gidion on Saturday (3/9/2024).   Gidion also highlights that not only boys, but girls could also be the bully. "We invites all elements of the society to be more passionate and for parents to take care of their children," asked the police chief. Furthermore, Gidion also remind the public to be careful in using social media. "Particularly towards hoax news. Parents must be wise in using social media and understand what should be shared and not," conclude the police chief. (ad/ndt/pr/nm)
