Therefore, Lemkapi awarded the 2021 Presisi Award to the Sidoarjo City Departmental Police, handed over by Executive Director of Lemkapi, Edi Saputra Hasibuan, to the Chief of Sidoarjo City Departmental Police, Police Grand Commissioner Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro, and the Deputy Chief, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant Deny Agung Andriana, at the Sidoarjo City Departmental Police Headquarter on Tuesday (7/12/2021). The Executive Director of Lemkapi said, "For more than two months, we have researched a Police institution that implemented the Presisi programme of the Chief of National Police. We salute and highly appreciate the dedication and loyalty of the Sidoarjo City Departmental Police and the personnel in Covid-19 mitigation in the area, especially on vaccination acceleration for the people. The breakthrough of vaccination acceleration and social aid distribution conducted by the Sidoarjo City Departmental Police and the personnel were extraordinary, such as the establishment of vaccination outlets in 18 districts, providing vaccination service with its motor vehicle to reach many areas until village level, and even innovating on 24 hours vaccination outlet. Besides, the Chief of Sidoarjo City Departmental Police also said that this achievement could not be separated from the synergy of Police, Armed Forces, Sidoarjo Regional Leaders Coordination Forum, and the society. "The vaccination acceleration and the success of Covid-19 pandemic handling cannot be separated from all synergy, from Sidoarjo Regional Leaders Coordination Forum, Armed Forces, Police, and Sidoarjo people who have conducted Health Protocols well and being vaccinated.
