The Indonesian Bank says banks have opened the quota of money exchange for 5,000 people per day in Jakarta through Pintar Apps from March 28 to March 31, 2024. “Bank Indonesia and 16 banks open money exchange service through Pintar Apps with 5,000 quota per day until March 31,” says Head of BI Money Management Department Marlison Hakim, Thursday (28/3/24). Marlison says that every person can exchange their money for up to IDR 4 Million per day. Also, they have to first register in the Pintar Application and bring their ID Card for verification during the money exchange. People can exchange their money for denominations of IDR 2,000, IDR 10,000, IDR 20,000 and IDR 50,000. "The money we exchange to the public is new money for the 2022 emission year," said Chief Marlison. (ad/inp/pr/nm)
