The National Police Revealed the Total Fund of ACT Abuse Reached Rp68 Billions

inp.polri.go.id - The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes of National Police Criminal Investigation Agency found the total fund of ACT alleged fund abuse has reached Rp68 billions. “From the investigation of financial audit team, they had found the Boeing charity fund that has been abused by ACT have reached Rp68 Billions,” said the Head of General Information of National Police Public Relations Division, Police Commissioner Nurul Azizah, Wednesday (8/3). She also said that ACT took the 20%-30% based on a decree with the supervisors of the ACT foundation. The decrees in question are: 002/SKB-YACT/V/2013; Number : 12/SKB.ACT/V/2015; and Sharia Board Opinion Number: 002/Ds-ACT/III/2020. “This findings is also strengthened by the management decree that was made every year and signed by the four perpetrators,” said Commissioner Nurul. The Deputy Director of Special Economic Crimes, Commissioner Helfi Assegaf, previously said that his party had found a number of findings on the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Foundation case. One of them is the cash flow to the Sharia Cooperative 212 up to Rp10 billion. "They used the funds not as it supposed to be, including the procurement of a truck fleet which cost them up to Rp2 billion. Then there is also big food bus program that reaches up to Rp2.8 billion, and the construction of the Tasikmalaya islamic boarding school which cost them approximately Rp8.7 billion," said Commissioner Helfi Assegaf, Monday (7/25). "Furthermore, the 212 sharia cooperatives also received a money up to Rp10 billion from ACT, then for the CV CUN bailout for about Rp 3 billion, and the bailout fund for PT MBGS for about Rp7.8 billion, so that the total of funds that ACT inappropriately use is Rp34,573,069,200.00," continued Commissioner Helfi.
